The Local Government, seeks a dedicated labourer to join their Parks and Gardens team to carry out horticultural and arboriculture tasks in the planning, developing and maintenance of parks. • $38.46 hourly rate + Super
• Monday to Friday (6:00am – 3:00pm)
• Experience a lifestyle change with a 9-day fortnight

A Day in The Life

Your day to day will involve the following tasks and responsibilities:

• Grass Cutting/ Mowing
• Whipper Snipping
• Herbicide Application
• Tree Maintenance
• Removal of litter and waste around parks and local areas
• Directing and managing traffic when required
• Improvement and Planting

The Ideal Candidate

• White Card - required
• Minimum MR Licence – required
• AC/DC Spray – required
• Traffic Control Card - required
• Certificate in Horticulture/Turf Management is highly desirable
• Proven experience in a similar role is highly desirable
