A Day in The Life

Your day to day will involve the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support for payroll inquiries, interpreting industrial instruments and legislative requirements while maintaining accurate records.
  • Process payroll data with precision, including timesheets and salary adjustments, and ensure timely payments.
  • Assist in financial year-end processing, reconcile superannuation contributions, and support compliance efforts.
  • Stay updated on legislative changes and contribute to user guidance and training for payroll systems.
  • Utilize data analysis to identify and address payroll-related issues and initiatives.
  • Provide specialized payroll support to HR advisors, uphold ethical standards, and support branch strategies.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Current C Class Driver’s Licence
  • Qualification in Payroll, or Finance or minimum 3 years end to end payroll experience for a medium to large business.
