Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement maintenance strategies, plans, and schedules for all mechanical and electrical systems within the facility to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks while minimizing downtime.
Utilize maintenance management software to track work orders, manage inventory of parts and tools, and maintain historical records of equipment and facility maintenance.
Conduct regular analysis of maintenance data and equipment performance to predict potential failures and plan preventive maintenance.
Prepare and control maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Relevant qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related technical field.
Proven experience as a Maintenance Planner, preferably in an industrial, manufacturing, or similar environment.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various departments.
Proficiency in maintenance planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
