  Key Responsibilities:
  
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies, plans, and schedules for all mechanical and electrical systems within the facility to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
  
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks while minimizing downtime.
  
• Utilize maintenance management software to track work orders, manage inventory of parts and tools, and maintain historical records of equipment and facility maintenance.
  
• Conduct regular analysis of maintenance data and equipment performance to predict potential failures and plan preventive maintenance.
  
• Prepare and control maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
  
  Ideal Candidate Profile:
  
• Relevant qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related technical field.
  
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Planner, preferably in an industrial, manufacturing, or similar environment.
  
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various departments.
  
• Proficiency in maintenance planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
