  Company Overview:

  Key Responsibilities:
  
• As the Boilermaker at our clients meat processing facility, you will be essential in managing and executing structural and fabrication-related projects.
  
• Fabricate, install, and repair metal structures and equipment throughout the facility.
  
• Maintain and optimize the mechanical functions of processing equipment, focusing on safety and minimizing downtime.
  
• Work regular Day shifts from 7am-3pm Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend overtime available.
  
  Ideal Candidate Profile:
  
• Trade qualifications in boilermaking or metal fabrication, with extensive experience preferably in an industrial or specialized manufacturing environment.
  
• Expertise in metalworking, including welding, cutting, and assembly, to maintain and enhance facility infrastructure and equipment.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly address and rectify structural issues.
  
• Proven leadership capabilities to oversee a team, ensuring all projects are completed to the highest standards of safety and quality.
