A Day in The Life

Your day to day will involve the following tasks and responsibilities:

• Advise on ethical and integrity matters to meet legislative and community obligations.
• Engage with stakeholders to educate and embed integrity principles into work processes.
• Stay updated on local government ethics requirements.
• Develop systems for ethics issue identification and reporting.
• Investigate ethics complaints and Code of Conduct violations.
• Conduct education initiatives on ethics practices.
• Provide technical guidance to program teams.
• Enhance operational efficiency systems.
• Cultivate an innovative culture and foster collaboration within teams.
• Address policy gaps for program improvement.
• Drive business enhancement projects.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Current "C" class driver's licence
• Tertiary qualifications ideally in governance, ethics / integrity, risk and / or compliance, and/or investigations.
• Experience within the field is highly regarded
