About the opportunity:

Our client is looking for an experienced Supervisor to join the team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting and strengthening the service maintenance contracts in place.

You will have a proven track record in being part of a team to ensure positive outcomes with the following experience:

• Lead and coordinate the development and preparation of service maintenance contracts
• Provide advice and training to staff and management on quality practice and policy of contracts is adhered to
• Knowledge of building construction and maintenance legislation and regulatory requirements, principles and practice and contract procedures
• Maintain healthy and safe work environments following policy and procedure

About you:

A relevant qualification and/or equivalent experience in similar role is desirable.

Possession of a current "C" class driver's licence.

Travel may be an intergral activity for this role. The majority of travel will be read travel and on occassions light aircraft
