Key Responsibilities:

Production & Assembly: Perform general labour and work on production lines/assembly tasks.

Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered tools and machinery.

Safety & Compliance: Maintain OH&S standards and adhere to company policies.

Maintenance: Keep equipment in good condition, ensure cleanliness, and manage general housekeeping.

Performance: Meet daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing or production line work is preferred.

Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.

Proactive: Hands-on attitude with the ability to take initiative.

Communication: Effective communicator, both independently and within a team.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
