Our client are pioneers in sustainable energy and are seeking a Qualified Plumber to join their growing team. They are one of Australia’s leading energy solution providers, servicing and supplying Australians with high energy-efficient appliances such as air conditioners, heat pumps, and solar technologies. Their head office is in Richmond and warehouse operations are in Cranbourne West.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead installer of hot water heat pumps
- Pick up and loading of stock at the Cranbourne West warehouse a couple of days a week
- Supervise plumbing teams on various projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship
- Service and maintenance of appliances for existing clients including breakdowns
- Train and mentor apprentices in plumbing skills and best practices
- Supervise plumbing teams on various projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship
- Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored plumbing solutions
- Design and manage the implementation of plumbing projects
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Signing off VBA Compliance Certificates
- The link between operations, manufacturers and our customers

Qualifications:
- Current drivers license and experience towing a trailer
- Relevant plumbing qualifications and licenses
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
