The Opportunity
Based at the Lilydale Depot, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining local cemetery. This role offers a variety of tasks and challenges, ensuring that no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for keeping cemetery gardens and grounds in pristine condition, with plenty of recognition for your hard work.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating Zero Turn and Top Deck Mowers and related equipment
Using Brush Cutters and Whipper Snippers
Managing weed and pest control
Applying chemicals safely and appropriately
General gardening tasks including pruning, mulching, and maintaining plant health
This ongoing casual role offers full-time hours Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week. It’s a sought-after position, so apply quickly before it’s gone!
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in a mowing or garden crew
Motivated, autonomous, and driven to deliver quality work
