    Exciting opportunity to work on major construction and engineering projects within a QLD State Government Department. We are seeking a Superintendent’s Representative for an initial 3-month casual ongoing role, with the possibility of extension. This role offers flexibility and the chance to contribute to impactful projects across Queensland.

    About the Role
    As a Superintendent’s Representative, you will oversee the management of construction and engineering contracts from tender acceptance through to final certification. Your expertise will ensure projects are delivered efficiently, maintaining compliance and quality standards throughout their lifecycle.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Administer contracts with fairness and ensure adherence to obligations.
    • Conduct regular site inspections and lead structured site meetings.
    • Issue Variation Orders, process Requests for Information, and assess contractual claims.
    • Assist with dispute resolution processes and post-contract performance evaluations.
    • Collaborate with project teams to address cost, time, and quality challenges.
    • Maintain accurate records and uphold workplace health, safety, and compliance standards.

    About You

    • Proven experience in contract administration within the construction or engineering industry.
    • Strong knowledge of building standards, contract provisions, and regulatory compliance.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
    • A proactive and professional approach to supervision and resolving contractual issues.
