Job Opportunity: Community Care Worker

• $38 per Hour + Super
• Location: Dandenong
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Casual on going
• Work with the local council
• Great team environment

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated support worker to assist clients with both household and personal care duties, ensuring they maintain their independence and well-being at home and in the community.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Housekeeping: Mopping floors, changing bed linens, washing, ironing, preparing meals, and cleaning kitchen appliances (e.g., stoves, countertops, refrigerators).
• Personal Assistance: Helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility transfers, and assisting with meals and prescribed exercise programs.
• Community Support: Assisting with shopping, banking, and escorting clients to appointments, ensuring their health and safety are maintained.

To Be Successful you will have:

• Experience working with older adults, people with disabilities, or individuals with special needs.
• Certificate III in In-Home and Community Care or Aged Care (required)
• Valid Working with Children Check
• Valid First Aid Certificate (Level 2)
