7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday

About the Role:
This is a hands-on position in a civil maintenance crew, focusing primarily on asphalting and other related tasks. You will be responsible for completing a variety of operational duties, such as pothole patching, pavement repairs, and providing traffic control when needed. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and work with experienced professionals in the civil maintenance field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work within a crew primarily focused on asphalting
• Perform daily operational duties such as patching potholes and pavement defects
• Collaborate with subcontractors to repair major road defects
• Report observed road maintenance issues (e.g., potholes, missing pit lids, spills)
• Provide traffic control for other crews as required

What You Need:

• Knowledge and experience with flocon and vibrating smooth drum roller
• Competence in pavement patching, including use of screed board and vibrating plate compactor
• Experience in asphalt or other civil maintenance work
• Traffic control skills
