We are currently seeking Customer Service Consultants to join their team, where you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and engaging environment.
About the Role:
- First point of contact for a diverse range of customers, including the general public and business representatives
- Handle various inquiries, from general information and account updates to service-related matters
- Start with entry-level calls and progress to more complex tasks with experience
Key Details:
- Full-time positions available
- Monday - Friday rotating roster (8 AM - 8 PM) – Weekend work may be required as per client needs
- Must be an Australian citizen
