The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced HC Tanker Driver who is wanting to join a professional, dynamic & fast paced team environment.
In this role you will be
- Safely transporting cement to various batch plants
- Perform pre and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle and equipment are in good working condition
- Engaging in loading and unloading operations, including hooking up and reversing trailers
- Loading and unloading Cement/Pneumatic Tankers and liaise with the Operations team in relation to product delivery
- This position is a full-time permanent day shift opportunity that commences between 3am - 5am
- Participate in shifts up to 12 hours (average shift length of 10 hours) plus Saturday work available
To be considered for this role:
- You must possess a valid HC truck license with ideally 12 months tanker driving experience
- Competent in loading and unloading operations, including hooking up and reversing trailers
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt and acquire new skills
- Safety-conscious with a strong focus on workplace health and safety practices
- Willing to participate in a driving assessment as part of the hiring process
- Neat presentation, great communication skills, comfortable presenting to clients
- Experience working in Australia
