The Role: As our Marketing Specialist, you’ll be the ideas machine and execution overseer behind everything marketing. Mentoring a small team (two eager marketers looking to learn from the best—you!), you’ll steer the marketing ship, develop killer strategies, and manage agency partnerships to bring your ideas to life.

You’ll be responsible for boosting foot traffic, driving engagement, and taking the venue’s popularity to the next level. If you're energized by making a measurable difference and love seeing your work directly influence growth, you'll thrive here.

What We’re Looking For:

• A generalist marketing superstar with proven success in driving results
• Background in FMCG, Sporting Clubs, or Membership-based organisations is a big plus
• A natural leader who enjoys mentoring and building up a team
• Experience in growing member databases or selling sponsorships? Even better!
• Above all, a passion for sport and a curious, growth-focused mindset
