The Role:

As our Events Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of delivering unforgettable experiences—from events to private functions and everything in between. Reporting to the Executive Manager – Events & Operations, you’ll coordinate client bookings, liaise across departments, and make sure every event runs smoothly.

This role is all about organisation, communication, and attention to detail. Whether you’re confirming catering details, prepping function packs, or running the show on the day, you’ll keep everything (and everyone) on track.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Responding to event and function enquiries and managing the booking journey
  • Coordinating with internal teams to deliver events
  • Producing floor plans, event orders, menus, and seating plans
  • Processing payments and managing ticketing systems
  • Supporting the sales team with proposals and client follow-ups
  • Keeping your admin game strong—tracking stock, updating databases, and preparing reports

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar events or coordination role
  • Super organised with an eagle eye for detail
  • Cool under pressure and confident managing multiple moving parts
  • Warm, professional, and polished—whether in person, over the phone, or by email
  • A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Experience in hospitality, event coordination, or sporting clubs? Even better!
