The Role:

As Duty Manager, you’ll take charge of day-to-day venue operations—overseeing staff, ensuring smooth service across bar and gaming, handling cash and inventory, and creating a safe, friendly environment for both patrons and staff.

Whether you’re responding to a licensing requirement, sorting out a staff roster, or keeping regulars happy at the bar, you’ll be the calm in the storm (and the spark in the room).

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the club, ensuring smooth shifts
• Lead and support staff across bar, floor, and gaming areas
• Handle cash, inventory, rostering, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with gaming and liquor regulations
• Be the go-to for conflict resolution and customer service
• Keep the good vibes rolling—even when it’s busy!

What You’ll Bring:

• Valid RSA & RSG (RMLV a big bonus—or willing to obtain)
• Previous experience in a pub, club, venue or hospitality management role
• Experience with pokies/gaming? That’s a major plus
• Calm under pressure and confident in leading a small team
• Great communicator who thrives on delivering excellent service
• Hands-on, proactive, and ready to take initiative
