About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for a dedicated, hands-on Production Operator to work across multiple areas of our site. This role is ideal for someone who’s physically fit, enjoys learning new tasks, and thrives in a team-focused, safety-first environment.

While you’ll primarily be working day shifts, flexibility is key—occasional afternoon and night shifts may be required to cover operational needs or team leave.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operating and monitoring production equipment across key site areas, including:
• Packing (across two plants)
• Premix preparation
• Grain intake
• Mill operations
• Manual handling of materials (up to 20kg) with balanced shift rotations
• Forklift operation (depending on the area)
• Inputting data and supporting inventory systems using basic computer tools

What You’ll Need:

• Willingness to work rotating shifts (including nights/weekends when needed)
• Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)
• Physical capability for regular lifting and movement
• Basic computer literacy
• A team-oriented mindset and commitment to safe work practices
