We're on the lookout for an Events Executive who can bring sport days, gala dinners, conferences, and high-end functions to life. If you're ready to lead logistics, wow clients, and work with a passionate team—this one's for you.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Handling function enquiries from first contact to post-event wrap-up
• Coordinating bookings, menus, floorplans, invoices, seating, and run sheets
• Working cross-functionally to ensure seamless, polished event execution
• Collaborating with sales, marketing, and sponsorship teams on standout club events
• Managing the event flow on the day—solving issues before they become problems
• Liaising with chefs, beverage teams, and suppliers to create tailored experiences
• Supporting the Executive Manager with budgets, quotes, and supplier coordination

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar events or functions role
• Proven background in conferences, gala dinners, tradeshows, or venue-based events
• Confidence handling high-value and VIP clients with grace and professionalism
• A calm, solutions-focused approach and strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a well-presented, client-ready presence
• A true team player who thrives under pressure and brings positive energy to every project
