About the Role:
As Sponsorship & Events Sales Executive, you’ll proactively develop business and close deals across conferences, concerts, private functions, and premium sport day sponsorships. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from enquiry and proposal through negotiation and contracting, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business. Your role includes coordinating site inspections and maximising sponsor exposure through targeted upselling of branding and signage opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven success in sales within sponsorship, events, hospitality, or related sectors
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and ability to meet/exceed sales targets
  • Experience managing diverse event types and large-scale sponsorship packages highly desirable
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally while driving independent business development
  • Passion for events, sports, and delivering exceptional client experiences
