This is an exciting opportunity to take the reins in a dynamic warehouse and distribution environment, with a focus on delivery coordination, inventory control, and continuous improvement.

About the Role:

Located in Toowoomba, the Logistics Coordinator will support end-to-end warehouse operations, working closely with the Warehouse Manager. You will ensure seamless order preparation and delivery, maintain accurate records, and drive operational excellence across logistics and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound order preparation and dispatch
  • Organise transport and deliveries to meet DIFOT targets
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and inventory levels
  • Liaise with internal teams and external customers for smooth logistics operations
  • Support inventory reporting and participate in cycle counts and stocktakes
  • Contribute to team development and process improvements
  • Act as Warehouse Manager coverage during periods of leave

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Essential Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with inventory systems a bonus
  • Confident communicator with excellent planning and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • High attention to detail and initiative

Preferred:

  • Certificate IV in Warehousing
  • Forklift license
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics
