Business Support Officer

  • Part-time (5 day fortnight)
  • ASAP unitl November 2025 with possible extension
  • $50.37 per hour + Super
  • Ipswich

Key Responsibilites:

  • Effectively undertake general administration functions as required.
  • Work order creation and management in CRM
  • Effectively monitor and manage internal and external correspondence, incoming and outgoing telephone calls and ensure responses are provided within required time frames.
  • Compile documents and reports or update records and information systems (i.e. CRM and Microsoft Office).


About you:

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work demands.
  • Solid data entry skills and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate experience using MS Outlook, MS Excel, Excel 365
  • Ability to work in a busy team environment
