Business Support Officer
- Part-time (5 day fortnight)
- ASAP unitl November 2025 with possible extension
- $50.37 per hour + Super
- Ipswich
Key Responsibilites:
- Effectively undertake general administration functions as required.
- Work order creation and management in CRM
- Effectively monitor and manage internal and external correspondence, incoming and outgoing telephone calls and ensure responses are provided within required time frames.
- Compile documents and reports or update records and information systems (i.e. CRM and Microsoft Office).
About you:
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work demands.
- Solid data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Intermediate experience using MS Outlook, MS Excel, Excel 365
- Ability to work in a busy team environment
