- $49.40 per hour + Super
- Ipswich CBD
- Starting 15th September and 20th October, 2025 until June 2026
- Available to work Monday-Friday 8:00-18:00 (rotating shifts)
Our client, a major Qld Government Department is seeking multiple Service Officers to be part of their call centre located in Ipswich.
About the role:
- Engaging with clients to provide a timely and supportive service to a high standard
- Executing proactive debt collection methods to support clients in meeting their obligations to commit to payment.
- Offering a high level of customer service by providing accurate and consistent information and/or education to clients.
- Effectively take appropriate actions to recover outstanding debts within the guidelines.
About you:
- Previous call centre experience
- Debt Collection / Banking/ Sales experience would be highly regarded
- Excellent computer literacy
- Strong communication/negotiation skills
