Highly sought after permanent position with a leading global company with an office located in Kewdale, WA seeking a professional Service Coordinator who enjoys variety and growing with a large successful business!

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator who is wanting to step up and join a professional, dynamic & fast paced team environment.

In this role you will providing operational support for the Service Department including clerical and administrative responsibilities.

Role Requirements:

  • Providing the complete administration of the Regional Service system including but not limited to, maintenance of the WIP, contacting customers, raising jobs & ordering parts
  • Raise purchase orders and sales orders for jobs and branch supplies in accordance with company policy
  • Record Technicians timesheets in conjunction with the Service Operations Manager
  • Prepare and proof costing of all Ad Hoc jobs prior to invoicing or sending for closure if warranty or goodwill
  • Schedule and/or coordinate events, training, etc in conjunction with the Service Operations Manager
  • Provide operational support to Service Operations Manager
  • Provide back-up support in the absence of the Service Operations Manager

Key Competencies

  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated PC Skills (SAP, MS Outlook, Excel, Word and databases)
  • Experience in SAP preferred
