About the Role
We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading precast pool manufacturer looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join their team in Rocklea. This is a hands-on administrative role supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
You’ll play a key role in keeping the business organised—managing schedules, handling enquiries, maintaining records, and providing general admin support across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
- Assisting with contract logging
- Handling email and telephone inquiries in a professional manner
- Data entry, filing, and records management
- Assisting with small orders and scheduling delivery allocations
- Providing general support for internal projects and administrative tasks
- Ensuring all work is completed accurately, on time, and with attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Professional communication skills—both written and verbal
- Confident using office software (e.g. MS Office Suite, email platforms, invoicing systems)
- A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on teamwork and reliability
- High attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
