What You'll Be Doing

As Leading Hand | Multi-Skilled Plant Operator, you'll:

• Lead by example to support a safe and productive work environment.
• Oversee daily operations alongside a skilled team.
• Perform minor maintenance
• Complete required paperwork (pre-starts, running sheets, checklists).
• Deliver great service to both internal teams and external customers.

What We're Looking For

• Previous supervisory experience in production, operations, or maintenance.
• Front end Loader experience
• Confident operating a variety of plant and equipment safely.
• Sound WHS knowledge and commitment to environmental best practice.
• Plant Licenses or Verification of Competency (VOC) required.
• Able to maintain accurate equipment records.
