Our client is Queensland’s largest privately-owned metal processing company, equipped with a cutting-edge fleet of state-of-the-art, digitally controlled, and optically sensored hydraulic brake presses. They are seeking a skilled and professional operator to deliver precision workmanship and consistently high-quality results in metal fabrication.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating hydraulic brake press machines to bend, punch, or cut metal components according to precise specifications.

This role requires the ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders to determine appropriate machine settings and material requirements. The operator will be expected to make accurate adjustments to the machine, including back gauge positioning, bend angles, depth, and pressure, to achieve the desired results with a strong focus on quality control.
