Administration Support Officer
- Monday to Friday 8:00-16:00
- November until March 2026
- $38 - $45 per hour + Super
- Sunshine Coast (various locations)
Key Responsibilites:
- Provide a high level of administration support to internal stakeholder, across the full range of activities undertaken by the team.
- Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records
- Effectively monitor and manage internal and external correspondence, incoming and outgoing telephone calls and ensure responses are provided within required time frames.
- Compile documents and reports or update records and information systems (i.e. CRM and Microsoft Office).
About you:
- Certificate 111 in Business Administration/Local Government or equivalent
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work demands.
- Intermediate experience using MS Office
- Ability to work in a busy team environment
