Payroll Analytics Advisor

• Monday to Friday 8:30-17.00
• October until March 2026
• $68.20 per hour + Super
• Broadmeadows

Key Responsibilites:

• Review historical payroll records, including paper timesheets and provide recommendation on approach to resolve identified concerns
• Analyse payroll data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for remediation.
• Prepare reports and insights to support decision-making and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Payroll, People & Partnerships, and Finance teams to ensure accurate remediation and reporting.
• Assist with documentation and audit preparation related to remediation efforts.
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity throughout the remediation process.
• Support HR and finance departments with analytical insights.
• Maintain a high standard of data integrity and compliance.

About you:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in business, finance, HR, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience with Chris21 payroll system and customised payroll environments.
• Experience in payroll analytics or a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in payroll and HRIS systems.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
