Payroll Analytics Advisor
- Monday to Friday 8:30-17.00
- October until March 2026
- $68.20 per hour + Super
- Broadmeadows
Key Responsibilites:
- Review historical payroll records, including paper timesheets and provide recommendation on approach to resolve identified concerns
- Analyse payroll data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for remediation.
- Prepare reports and insights to support decision-making and process improvements.
- Collaborate with Payroll, People & Partnerships, and Finance teams to ensure accurate remediation and reporting.
- Assist with documentation and audit preparation related to remediation efforts.
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity throughout the remediation process.
- Support HR and finance departments with analytical insights.
- Maintain a high standard of data integrity and compliance.
About you:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business, finance, HR, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience with Chris21 payroll system and customised payroll environments.
- Experience in payroll analytics or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in payroll and HRIS systems.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
