Your Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, servicing, and repairs of a large, varied fleet
• Lead, mentor, and support workshop team members
• Maintain accurate service records, schedules, and compliance documentation
• Ensure all work meets safety and legislative requirements
• Source parts, manage suppliers, and maintain workshop efficiency
• Support events with critical equipment maintenance
• Contribute to planning for upgrades, capital works, and operational improvements

What You Bring

• Qualified Diesel or Agricultural Fitter (essential)
• Proven mechanical experience across diverse plant, vehicles, and machinery
• Strong skills in engines, hydraulics, electrics, transmissions, and diagnostics
• Workshop leadership experience, mentoring, and team management
• Solid understanding of WH&S and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Manual driver’s licence preferred
• Bonus: experience in events, turf, or racing environments
