Pharmacist – Lead & Grow Within an Innovative Healthcare Company

Join an Australian-owned alternative medicine company providing an integrated healthcare service including consultations, prescriptions, and a dispensary. They’re looking for a registered pharmacist to join their team and deliver an outstanding patient experience while helping grow the business.

Location: Toowoomba, QLD
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
Salary: $110,000 - 140,000 per annum + Super

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of pharmacists and pharmacy assistants.
• Develop and implement dispensary systems and processes.
• Collaborate with doctors to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate and consult with patients regarding medications.
• Dispense medications accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain customer records and ensure compliance with pharmacy guidelines.
• Manage stock ordering, inventory, and ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in clinic/dispensary meetings regarding stock and operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualifications: Bachelor of Pharmacy; APHRA registration with no restrictions.
• Experience as a pharmacist or pharmacy manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with dispensing S4/S8 medications and processing orders.
• Proficiency with pharmacy software (Z Software preferred).
• Vehicle for travel between clinics.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, project/time management, and solution-focused mindset.
• Passion for healthcare and improving patient outcomes.
