Our client, located on the Sunshine Coast is looking for an experienced People and Culture Business Partner to join the team. You will support leaders and employees by providing expert advice, support, and guidance on all aspects of the employee life cycle, ensuring best practice and compliance.
Key Responsibilites:
- Actively build and maintain strong partnering relationships with internal customers and foster a collaborative engagement approach to build capability and effectiveness across the organisation
- Provide expert advice and guidance to all leaders and employees in the areas of industrial relations, employee relations, employee engagement and wellbeing, workforce planning (including succession planning), attraction and retention, recruitment and selection, change management, performance and disciplinary management, employee development and interpretation of Certified Agreement, Awards, policies, and legislation.
- Provide high level support, advice and coaching to leaders and employees to facilitate the resolution of difficult people issues
- Support Workplace Health and Safety with non-work-related injury/illness case management and provide advice and support on injury management cases including medical and ergonomic assessments.
About you:
- Demonstrated ability to provide specialist HR advice and process facilitation to diverse client groups.
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication and coaching skills with a strong focus on providing quality customer service, managing customer relationships, and building the profile of HR across the organisation.
- Significant demonstrated experience as a HR practitioner developing and delivering contemporary human resource management practices, policies, and programs to support all aspects of the employee life cycle within a diverse organisation
