Warehouse Manager - Wacol Based

We’re seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our busy warehouse operations in Wacol. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a high-performing team and help drive efficiency, safety, and great results in a fast-paced environment.

📅 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

💰 Hourly Rate: $34 - $36 p/hr

📍 Location: Wacol, QLD

What You’ll Be Doing:

Overseeing all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch

Leading and motivating a team of warehouse staff to achieve daily targets

Ensuring compliance with WHS and company safety procedures

Managing stock levels, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy

Coordinating with transport and logistics partners to meet delivery schedules

Driving continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, Supervisor, or similar leadership role

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems

Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to lead by example and foster a positive team culture

Current driver’s licence and reliable transport

Forklift licence (highly regarded but not essential)
