We're seeking skilled Machine Operator to join our recycling and waste management facility.

• Afternoon Shift 2pm-10pm
• Full-time hours Monday to Friday

About the role:

Based at our modern Brisbane facility, you'll operate Recycling machines to support our specialised recycling environment.

You will be responsible for operating machines that compress and bind materials—like cardboard, paper, plastics, metals, or textiles—into compact bales for easier handling, storage, or transport.

You'll need:

• Machine operation experience
• Technical experience (minimum)
• HMI panel experienced (preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot problems
• Positive attitude and solid work ethic
