They have a strong international presence spanning manufacturing, service and operations across multiple markets.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician who is wanting to step up and join a professional, dynamic & fast paced team environment.

Role Requirements:

• Provide after hours call out assistance and call back availability when rostered on duty
• Conduct overnight field trips to service breakdowns, maintenance and customer support
• Promote and sign up medium to long term customers under the Air Cover preventative maintenance plans
• Install, repair and maintain the range of compressors
• Contribute to the co-ordination, support and day to day running of the Service Business Team
• In the event of a breakdown, test the equipment/system and carryout fault finding and repairs
• Carry out technical preventative maintenance and general service work
• Ensure that sites where servicing is performed are left clean and tidy

Key Competencies

• Knowledge of Compressors or similar is essential
• Ability to converse and communicate Technical and Product information to customers internal and external
• Intermediate Computer Skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Trade Qualifications Cert III – Fitter and Turner with maintenance experience
