The Opportunity

This is a hybrid role with a 70% administrative focus and 30% hands-on warehousing duties, ideal for someone who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly both behind the scenes and on the floor.

On the job training will be provided as our client treats all staff onsite equally. Located in Wingfield this is a great opportunity to work with an Australian Icon who continues to grow both here and internationally.

Duties and responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Checking and releasing orders for the DC team to pick
  • Actioning and responding to emails from the sales teams in a timely manner
  • Liaising closely with the Supervisor and warehouse team
  • Assisting with daily DC administration and system updates
  • Supporting operational coordination across the distribution centre
  • Assisting in other warehouse areas as required

To be considered for this role you will need:

  • Previous warehouse and/or DC experience
  • Solid PC skills and confidence using systems
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A willingness to pitch in, learn and work as part of a team
  • Availability to work overtime and Saturdays when required
  • Ability to perform manual handling duties
  • To be willing to complete a Police Check after one month

The hours are Monday to Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM with some overtime and you'll be supplied with some company tops to make you feel right at home.
