Business Support Officer

• $49.07 per hour casual rates
• Casual assignment from now until August 2026 (Monday – Friday)

Primary objectives of the position are to:

• Invoicing, payment and receipting activities
• Memorial ordering and confirmation with external partners
• Digital record filing and recording
• Assisting with managing and coordinating a digital inbox
• Managing phone enquiries
• Follow up with families to create and confirm appointment times
• Purchase order creation and receipting
• Face to face reception enquiry assistance

To be considered for this role you will need:

• Full Aus working rights
• Experience in a similar role
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to always maintain a professional approach.
• Attention to detail which ensures accurate information and up-to-date records are maintained.
