Senior People & Culture Business Partner (Human Resources)
- $58.76 per hour + Super
- 3 month assignment commencing mid-February with possibility of extension

Our Local Government client in the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Senior People & Culture Leader to join their collaborative team. Your focus will be on providing expert guidance to leaders, managing complex case matters, and fostering positive workplace culture.
You’ll play a key role in:
- Providing high level support and guidance to leaders and employees to facilitate resolutions and develop a positive organisational culture.
- Assisting in the managing and mitigating of complex employee relations and case management issues.
- Building and maintaining effective working relationships and foster a collaborative engagement approach.
- Lead internal investigations on employment related matters and case manage and mediate workplace matter.
- Participate in the review, development, and implementation of People and Culture services, programs, policies, and projects.
To be successful, you will bring:
- Proven experience in a Senior People & Culture or HR Management role.
- Strong influencing and conflict resolution skills with knowledge of employment legislation and employee relations.
- Proven high level research, investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent highly desirable.
