NOW HIRING: Unskilled Civil Construction Labourer 🌞

📍 Location: Mackay Regional Council – Paget Depot

💰 $34.36 per hour + Super

🕕 6:00am – 3:30pm | Monday to Friday

📆 9-Day Fortnight (Every Second Friday Off – Hello RDO!)

🚧 Immediate Start Available

Looking to get your boots dirty and your weekends longer? We’ve got the perfect opportunity for someone keen to jump into civil construction and work with a supportive team at Paget Depot!

🔨 What You’ll Be Doing:

• General labouring duties
• Assisting with concreting and pipelaying
• Using small hand and power tools
• Operating small to medium horticultural equipment (experience desirable but not essential)
• Working outdoors as part of a team
• Communicating respectfully with residents and the public

No experience? No worries! If you’ve got the right attitude and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you.

👷 What You’ll Need:

✅ White Construction Card

✅ Class C Open Driver Licence

✅ Ability to work in a team environment

✅ Good verbal and written communication skills

✅ Willingness to cooperate with management, residents & the public

✅ Your own PPE:

• Safety Boots
• Hi-Vis Vest
• Long Sleeve Shirt
• Long Pants
• 7cm Brim Sun Hat
