💰 $33.38 per hour + 12% Super

📅 Monday–Friday | 6:30am–3:30pm

🎉 Every 2nd Friday OFF (Yep, that’s your RDO!)

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

* Working on roads and drainage projects

* Operating and assisting with construction plant & equipment

* Reading plans and safety instructions

* Handling manual tasks safely and efficiently

* Communicating clearly with teammates and the public

* Helping the crew hit deadlines like a pro

🎟️ Tickets & Licences

**Essential:**

✅ White Card

✅ Class “C” Open Licence

**Highly Regarded (but not deal-breakers):**

⭐ Roller Ticket

⭐ MR Licence

🦺 What You Need to Bring

* Safety boots

* Hi-Vis long sleeve shirt

* Long pants

* Wide brim hat

* Gloves

* Safety glasses

(If you show up in thongs… we will notice. 😅)

💪 What We’re Looking For

* Experience in roads & drainage construction

* Confidence working with plant and equipment

* Strong numeracy & communication skills

* Ability to read plans and complete admin tasks

* Team player who works safely and meets deadlines

* Proven experience in a similar role

* Safety-first mindset at all times
