• 🕡 6:30am – 3:30pm |
• Monday to Friday
• 📅 Every second Friday off (RDO!)

We’re on the hunt for a hands-on Rapid Response Worker to tackle urgent maintenance and construction jobs across the region. No two days are the same — from fixing hazards to coordinating traffic control, responding to vandalism, inspecting assets and supporting minor capital works.

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing

• Responding to urgent hazards (sinkholes, oil spills, drainage issues & more)
• Setting up traffic management to keep the community safe
• Fixing vandalised assets & managing graffiti response
• Completing asset inspections & raising work orders
• Supporting roads, drainage, bridges, foreshores & reserves works
• Assisting with minor capital projects
• Concreting, kerb & channel, stormwater & general civil tasks
• Communicating with customers & stakeholders professionally
• Using mobile tech & systems to log jobs and reports

✅ What You’ll Need (Must-Haves)

• Cert III in Civil Construction (or nearly completed)
• Traffic Controller Licence
• QLD Construction White/Blue Card
• Current C Class Licence
• Strong civil construction experience
  Great communication skills
• Physically fit & ready for hands-on work
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical & ongoing drug/alcohol testing (0.00 limit for plant operation) -

• MR Licence
• Plant & machinery tickets
• Cert IV in Project ManagementExperience operating civil equipment
• Hep B & Tetanus immunisation
