🌿 Civil Labourer Wanted – Margate & Caboolture Depots (Moreton Bay Region) 🌿

We’re on the lookout for a Civil Labourer to join a Parks Infrastructure team based in Margate with the Moreton Bay Regional Council. You’ll be helping build and maintain parks and public spaces across the region — think playgrounds, fencing, pathways, landscaping and more.

🕒 The Good Stuff:

Monday to Friday: 6:00am – 3:00pm

Every 2nd Friday off (RDO) – long weekends are built in

$33.38 per hour + super

Casual contract with full-time hours

Potential for permanent role for the right person

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing:

Working with the parks infrastructure crew on a variety of projects, including:

* Landscape construction

* Carpentry tasks

* Machine operation

* Concreting

* Fencing

* Playground installation & maintenance

* General civil labouring duties

No two days are exactly the same — one day you might be setting posts for fencing, the next installing playground equipment or assisting with landscaping works.

✅ What You’ll Need

White Card (essential)

Truck Licence – MR or higher (essential)

A solid work ethic and willingness to jump in wherever needed

👷 PPE – Bring Your Own

You’ll need:

* Safety boots

* Hi-vis long sleeve shirt

* Long work pants

* Wide brim hat

* Gloves

* Safety glasses
