Our client, a local family-owned manufactoring business is seeking an Administration Assistant to provide essential administrative support. You’ll play a key role supporting retailer services by managing orders and coordinating deliveries.

• $34.73 p.h + Super
• 7-week assignment
• Full time hours (Mon-Fri)
• Loganholme, Queensland

This role involves:

  • Answering incoming phone calls from retailers and customers
  • Entering orders into the ERP system (Pronto – training provided)
  • Coordinating the delivery of materials to retailers
  • Providing excellent customer service and timely order management

What we're looking for:

  • Proven customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to learn new software systems quickly
  • Previous administrative experience
