  Our client is a privately wholly owned Queensland business and are at the forefront of waste management solutions for recycling, waste transfer stations and landfill activities. They are seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Fitters who thrives on problem-solving and takes pride in keeping complex fixed plant and equipment operating at peak performance. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same - you'll be the person who keeps downtime low, and reliability high.
  
  From fault-finding and repairs to installing and maintaining bearings, chain drives, and pulley systems, your expertise will be put to work across a diverse range of plant machinery. You'll also play a key role in planned and preventative maintenance, working alongside a structured, supportive team that values safety, precision, and collaboration.
