Store person/Warehouse All rounder - Forklift Exp Required

Our Client

Our client is Australia's largest independent compressed air and power generation provider, with over 200 employees and ten branches nationwide.

In what is likely to be a long-term casual assignment with potential of going perm for the right candidate, this role would suit an experienced warehouse/store person who is reliable, physically fit, and looking to secure ongoing work with a great company.

To be considered for this role you will need:

  • A Car and Licence
  • Minimum 6 months experience operating a Counterbalance/High Reach Forklift
  • Experience with Pronto software is preferred however good computer literacy and the ability to pick up new systems quickly is required
  • Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting in a fast-paced environment
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • A willingness to learn and work as part of a team
  • To be able to interview with our client and start the position asap

Key Duties Include:

  • Receiving sales orders through the system
  • Searching and processing orders on the system
  • Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
  • Actioning requests from other branches
  • General warehouse and store duties
  • Transferring machine parts
  • Loading and unloading containers
  • Forklift operation when required to move stock around the warehouse

The hours are – 7.30am- 3.30pm, Monday to Friday
