About the Role

Our client is Australia's largest independent compressed air and power generation provider, with over 200 employees and ten branches nationwide.

They are currently seeking an experienced Supply Chain Administrator to join their team in a long term casual assignment. This role plays a key part in supporting the Supply Chain & Inventory function, ensuring efficient, accurate, and cost-effective logistics and warehouse operations across the business.

To be considered for this role you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain administration
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • A strong safety focus and process-driven mindset
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
  • A positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Must be willing to undergo a police check if required

Key Duties Include:

Supply Chain Administration:

  • Administer damage-in-transit and insurance claims
  • Record and update supply chain-related incidents in internal systems
  • Complete monthly HSE reporting requirements

Logistics Administration:

  • Administer domestic freight contracts
  • Review, investigate, and process freight invoices
  • Raise and expedite stock transfers
  • Monitor and follow up outstanding branch transfers, goods receipting, and sales deliveries
  • Expedite purchase orders and track goods in transit using internal systems

Warehouse & Inventory Support:

  • Review daily picking slips and ensure timely processing for transfers
  • Assist with goods receipting and inventory administration
  • Provide relief support in the warehouse/store person function when required
  • General warehouse and administrative support duties

The role will offer 38 hours per week, with start time to be advised potentially being 7:30am.
