  We're partnering with a well established Queensland business seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join their Finance Team in Eight Mile Plains.
  
  Whether you're an experienced Accounts Payable professional, someone with bookkeeping or finance administration experience, or you've recently completed studies in accounting or business, we'd love to hear from you!
  
  The Role:
  
• Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  
• Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies
  
• Maintain supplier accounts and records
  
• Assist with weekly payment runs
  
• Manage supplier queries and account enquiries
  
• Process company credit card reconciliations
  
• Support month end finance activities
  
• Assist with finance projects and administration tasks as required

What we'll need from you:

• Comfortable working with numbers and reconciliations
  
• Strong attention to detail
  
• Organised and reliable
  
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  
• Strong communication skills
  
• Previous experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, administration, finance, payroll or a similar role is advantageous
