About the role:
- Contribute to planning for upgrades, capital works, and operational improvements
- Oversee maintenance, servicing, and repairs of a large, varied fleet.
- Drive performance, team development, and operational excellence
- Maintain accurate service records, schedules, and compliance documentation
What You Bring:
- Qualified Mechanic with Diesel or Agricultural expericne
- Strong skills in engines, hydraulics, electrics, transmissions, and diagnostics
- Workshop leadership experience, mentoring, and team management
- Solid understanding of WH&S and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Manual driver’s licence preferred
- Bonus: experience in events, turf, or racing environments
