About the role:

• Contribute to planning for upgrades, capital works, and operational improvements
• Oversee maintenance, servicing, and repairs of a large, varied fleet.
• Drive performance, team development, and operational excellence
• Maintain accurate service records, schedules, and compliance documentation

What You Bring:

• Qualified Mechanic with Diesel or Agricultural expericne
• Strong skills in engines, hydraulics, electrics, transmissions, and diagnostics
• Workshop leadership experience, mentoring, and team management
• Solid understanding of WH&S and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Manual driver’s licence preferred
• Bonus: experience in events, turf, or racing environments
