This is an opportunity to take ownership of an established labour hire branch with the backing of a successful Queensland-based recruitment business, proven systems, strong client relationships and significant opportunity for expansion.

We are seeking an ambitious Branch Manager who is not looking for a "keep the seat warm" role, we are looking for someone who wants to make their mark, grow a business and be rewarded for the results they create.

The Opportunity

Our Dandenong South branch is already supported by two major accounts and has a strong operational foundation. With an existing team of 3 and the backing of our Queensland Head Office, you will have access to additional client opportunities, established relationships and the ability to leverage existing business success while building your own local presence.

This role is perfect for a recruitment leader who enjoys being hands-on, someone who can oversee the management of key accounts, develop new business, mentor consultants and drive growth from the front.

You will have the autonomy to shape the future direction of the branch while being supported by an experienced leadership team that understands recruitment and the importance of giving great people the tools to succeed.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Leading and growing the Dandenong South branch

• Oversee the Managing and strengthening of existing major client relationships

• Driving new business development and identifying growth opportunities

• Building capability across labour hire and future white collar recruitment markets

• Recruiting, coaching and developing a high-performing team

• Managing recruitment delivery, candidate engagement and client satisfaction

• Taking ownership of branch performance, revenue growth and profitability

About You

You are an experienced recruitment professional who:

• Has proven experience within agency recruitment, ideally labour hire/blue collar

• Understands the importance of client relationships, service delivery and margins

• Is comfortable being hands-on while leading others

• Has a strong business development mindset and enjoys winning new opportunities

• Has the drive, energy and commercial mindset to grow a branch

• Wants more than just managing someone else's business; you want to help build one
