About the Role

Our client, a well-established and fully licensed precast pool manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator with HR Licence to join their Rocklea-based team. While the role primarily involves driving, it also includes excavator operation and general yard duties. Become part of a family business that values long-term stability and offers daily variety.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver precast plunge pools and materials across SEQ
• Operate small excavators (3.5T–5T) to move soil or assist with basic site prep
• Assist with yard duties including loading, equipment checks, and general maintenance
• Maintain high standards of safety, reliability, and teamwork

What We’re Looking For

• Current HR Licence (essential)
• Excavator Ticke and experience (3.5T or 5T)
• Construction White Card
• Reliable, self-motivated, and happy to lend a hand across various tasks
